Setup

1. Get your API token from Shape Calendar Settings
2. Open the extension preferences in Raycast and paste your token

Commands

• Search Activities — Browse your planned and completed activities with a detail view
• This Week — See your training plan for the current week at a glance
• Today's Workout — Pin to root search to always see today's workout

AI Extension

Ask Shape Calendar questions like:

• "What did I do this week?"
• "How was my last workout?"
• "Schedule a 10k run for tomorrow"
• "Create a training plan for next week"
• "Mark all my planned workouts as completed"
